If you’re a fan of Les Mills classes, then Pure Fitness is for you. Lunchtime sessions run daily at 12:15pm and 1:10pm on Monday to Friday. Each 50-minute class includes TRX Circuit, Body Attack, Latino Jam and Abs Butts & Thighs. If you’d prefer to go free range, there’s a fully equipped gym with free weights and resistance training area, extensive cardio equipment, dedicated stretch area and personal trainers available. Also, don’t miss the yoga classes at Pure Yoga, where you can strengthen both your body and mind. One of the perks of this gym is that they provide the workout clothes, all you need to bring is your shoes! With a free trial available to all, the excuses are running out.
