Finding time to be at one with yourself and recharging for the days ahead is more important than ever, as our lives hurtle towards the future. And the best time to start taking better care of yourself is… right now!

This year, Taikoo Place is bringing back its wellness-focused +UP! Better Living Pop-ups to help you reconnect to your body, mind and self. Hosted at ArtistTree starting in October, our line-up of sensory meditation, fitness classes, self-care shopping experiences and highly anticipated corporate challenge are designed to empower you to live well.

Renowned singing bowl artist and scenographer Tsang Man-tung, who has led the design of ArtisTree’s transformation for this programme, knows better than anyone else what the value of self-care is. “Mental wellness is a crucial part to living well, so we’re bringing an opportunity for the community to have a little respite from their daily working lives,” he says.

Glam Up! at the +UP! Better Living Pop-ups x kapok Wellness Pop-up

Set the tone right for your own sensory journey at home. For those taking their first steps into self-wellbeing, or looking to step up their routine, lifestyle boutique kapok is collaborating with ArtisTree on its first ever pop-up that focuses on self-care.

With carefully selected candles, skincare and sleepwear aimed at improving your quality of life, you’ll find everything you need to put your wellbeing first. We’re talking gorgeous rain- and botanical-inspired candles and beauty products by Bjork and Berries and Anima Mundi’s herbal remedies for some personal pampering, and exclusive health supplements so you can take care from the inside-out.

Level Up! with the Sounditation Journey

Meditation is one way to find stillness amidst everyday stresses, and this year, a master of the art is coming to guide you on the first steps of your self-care in a sensory journey.

Mr Tsang has transformed ArtisTree into a one-of-a-kind ruminative space, in which he and his team run a series of Sounditation Journeys to soothe your mental aches and pains. This one-of-a-kind sanctuary of meditation will awaken your five senses by combining visual arts, scents and sounds, while calming your nerves through guided breathing exercises and a calming sound bath played on Himalayan singing bowls. You don’t need to have experience to join – wellness, after all, is open to all.

“These sessions are meant to help you leave your worries behind for a while and escape into something soothing and rejuvenating,” says Tsang. “This will be a very special experience that you won’t find anywhere else.”

Train Up! and workout at Fitness Reimagined

Another form of self-care is exercise: practising gratitude for your body’s strength and challenging yourself to improve your fitness levels. Over October, you’ll be able to join a number of personal wellness workshops at ArtisTree.

Pursue tranquility with H-Kore's Yin Yang Yoga session as you flow through the motions under the guidance of skilled teachers. For those seeking to condition your body, you’ll also be able to get your body in shape with PURE Fitness' BODYCOMBAT, and build up your strength with Joint Dynamics' high volume intensity training program. Team up! at the 8-Hour Charity Spin and Indoor Golf Tournament

Living well also means caring for the community around us. With our charity Corporate Wellness Challenge in November at ArtisTree, you’ll have a chance to team up with your colleagues and raise money for charity while having lots of fun.

Did you miss it last year? Gear up as the ever-popular 8-Hour Charity Spin returns. For those less keen on a heart-pumping workout, there will also be an inaugural Indoor Golf Tournament – a new challenge we’re launching this year that’s sure to be full of fun.
