Level up your inner peace and embark on our “+UP! Better Living Pop-ups: Sounditation Journey”, a multi-sensory experience that combines visual arts, healing sounds and meditation that soothes your mind and care for your mental wellness. Helmed by renowned singing bowl artist and scenographer Tsang Man-tung, ArtisTree will be transformed into a sanctuary of meditation to help you reconnect to your body, mind and inner self.
What is Sounditation Journey
You don’t need to be a mindfulness expert to enjoy the “Sounditation Journey” inside ArtisTree’s ruminative space. Awaken your five senses as you enter an oasis of calm and shake off the overwhelming cityscape in the “healing white space” to begin this unconventional experience that is set to redefine indoor meditation.
Entering the sanctuary, you will go through the “purification tunnel”, which is filled with calming scents complimented by images of and a soundtrack of water streams so you will as if you are strolling in the nature.
Inspired by the circular shape and tranquility of the nature, the main space is staged in low lighting with impactful visuals of the Hong Kong countryside projected all round you, where you can reconnect with the nature and focus on resting your mind, body and soul under the power of sound healing.
Conducted by Tsang and his team, the session will begin with a guided breathing exercise to channel your spiritual energy, slow down the pace in mind and calm your work-frazzled nerves. Then, ease your stress with healing sounds played on singing bowls. After the workshop, enjoy a herbal tea by Anima Mundi at the kapok Wellness Pop-up and peruse its curation of self-care products to conclude your experience.

About Tsang Man-tung
Mr Tsang Man-tung is a an artist of Himalyan bowl. He founded Allpamama in 2010, with art, music, life and meditiation as the four cores. He has extensive experience in singing bowl performance, teaching and initiating meditative workshops for different organizations and companies. In 2018, he released his first singing bowl album The Seed of Sound: Singing Bowl. He published the book about singing bowl The Bowl of Enlightenment in 2020. He’s also an award-winnning homegrown artist and a renowned scenographer who serves in the fields of theatre, visual arts, music and arts education for over 20 years.

Terms and Conditions:
- Each QR code ticket is eligible for one admission for the registered date and time.
- Taikoo Social users who are successfully verified as Taikoo Place office community member can book the specific tenant-exclusive sessions, subject to the availability. - The Sounditation Journey is suitable for aged 15 or above.
- Participants are recommended to be punctual. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable occasion, if any.
- To allow the best experience for all participants, flash photography and video recording should be refrained during the programme. Mobile phones should be switched off or switch to silent mode.
- Sessions will be conducted by Mr Tsang Man-tung and his team of protégé. The instructor of each session could vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the details as shown on the ticketing platform.
- Sessions will be presented in Cantonese or English. Please refer to the details as shown on the ticketing platform.
- The sessions include low lighting, large scale image projection effect and aromatised setting. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must comply with the rules and regulations of the venue. If visitors feel unwell, please inform the staff on-site for assistance.
- The sessions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Swire Properties Limited reserves the right to take photos or video-recordings during the sessions and to use the photos and videos for promotional purpose.

- All participants are required to pass the temperature check at the entrance before admission. Persons with a temperature of 37.5˚C or above will not be allowed to enter.
- All participants are required to scan the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ QR code of the venue before admission.
- For exempted persons as per the latest measures in Cap. 599F, i.e. persons who are aged 15 or below, aged 65 or above and those with disabilities, they are required to complete a specified record form to register their names, contact numbers, and the date and time of their visits. Relevant identification documents are also required to be presented for verification at the request of the staff on-site during registration where necessary.
- All persons wearing "compulsory quarantine" hand straps or Vaccine Pass holders with a Red and Amber Code will not be allowed to enter.
- Visitors are required bring their own mask and wear it at all times in the venue.
- The venue and programme arrangement are subject to change accordingly to the Government’s latest measures at the time.
