Whether you’re a vegetarian or a meat lover, you’ll be spoilt with choices at FEAST (Food by EAST)’s semi-buffet dinner. Director of Restaurant & Bar and Executive Chef Mark Percy takes a rustic and home approach to create a menu of seasonal dishes with high-quality ingredients – think ratatouille, prawn biryani rice, and cucumber raita and slow cooked lamb shoulder. The main course menu changes regularly though, so you can expect fresh options each time you go.
