This cute cozy spot offers tasty breakfast options, cold pressed juices and artisanal coffee. They use the first Slayer Stream 3-Group coffee machine in Hong Kong, enhancing the natural sweetness of the milk they use in their lattes. Tong Chong Street Market Pop-up Farmers’ Stall: until 29 Sep
From Monday to Friday, noon to 6pm, there are two stalls selling seasonal, locally sourced, organic produce and eco-products outside Dorset House. Read more about the event here. From 13 September onwards, customers could receive a free helping of SD2030 microgreens of Swire Properties for any purchase at the Farmers’ Stall, first-come, first-served. Outside Dorset House
Coffee by HK Aeropress Champion – Alfred Kwok: every Wed (Images 3 & 4)
Kwok will join force to promote sustainable living by making coffee ($17) with Aeropress and locally roasted coffee beans, as part of the Tong Chong Street Market Pop-up Farmers’ Stall. Coffee drinkers are encouraged to bring their own cup or pay $60 to get an eco-friendly 8-ounce FoFoCup from Be Nice To Life stall. Free Lunchtime Green Workshops and Tour at The Loop: every Tue to Thu, from 13 to 28 Sep (Images 5 & 6)
As part of Taikoo Place’s strategy to promote sustainability, the property hosts two lunchtime workshops, during which guests can learn how to grow microgreens at home (12:45-1:15pm) and how to use herbs to make mocktails (1:30-2pm).
