Let’s reduce food waste whilst celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival! This year, Swire Properties once again partners with local food rescue charity Food Angel in the “Mooncake Sharing Programme”. From 1 – 18 September 2022, you can donate any edible mooncakes to those in need by dropping off at any of the collection point at Taikoo Place. We welcome mooncakes that are:
- Individually packaged, unopened and still fully intact;
- Within expiry date;
- Produced by the HKSAR government’s approved producers; and
- Neither refrigerated nor homemade.
To further our sustainability effort, we are also supporting the “Project Green Moon – Mooncake Boxes Collection” campaign to collect used mooncake boxes between 1 – 23 September 2022. Boxes collected will be passed on to Greeners Action for further recycling. Before dropping off at our dedicated collection stations, please empty its content, remove all packaging and make sure it is clean.
