1. Scanning of the “LeaveHomeSafe” venue QR code will be required.
2. The event is available on the dates as listed above unless otherwise stated.
3. For existing OnTheList members, OnTheList membership barcode must be presented for verification purposes.
4. Purchases are strictly for personal use or genuine gifts to your family and friends without monetary or non-monetary reimbursement.
5. Prices may be adjusted during the Flash Sale. Such adjustments are not applicable to any prior purchases.
6. Reselling of product(s) purchased from the sale with or without profit/commission to other parties either personally, or via second-hand store/ online community marketplace is strictly prohibited.
7. Mobile usage, photo taking and video recording are not allowed in the sale venue.
8. No food or beverages are allowed in the sale venue.
9. Personal bags & carriers will be stored at cloak room upon entering sale venue.
10. All items are first come first served. Items cannot be placed on hold or under reservation.
11. All products will be sold in 'as in' condition and may have parts/accessories missing. Please inspect the condition of the product carefully before purchase as no return, exchange nor refund is allowed.
12. There will be no warranty, free alteration or repair service.
13. OnTheList may in its absolute discretion, restrict or stop the sale of products and the quantity or purchase (notwithstanding the quota at any time during this sales event).
14. OnTheList Limited reserve the right of final decision in case of disputes.
15. Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayWave, Union Pay).
16. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
