Charity Partner
Thanks to all our tenant partners' incredible support, a total of HK$244,649 was raised from the Corporate Wellness Challenge: 8-Hour Charity Spin, of which HK$150,000 was contributed by Swire Properties. Proceeds were donated to InspiringHK Sports Foundation, a local charity organisation that provides sports development support to youths in Hong Kong.

What is 8-Hour Charity Spin
Launched in 2019, the Corporate Wellness Challenge: 8-Hour Charity Spin is an annual endurance spinathon where tenants from Taikoo Place compete for a meaningful cause.
Teams of corporate athletes race in an eight-hour relay on professional bikes provided by the organiser. Each team must consist of at least four riders, with a maximum of thirty participants.
This event not only promotes adrenaline-fueled action but also serves as a fantastic opportunity for employee engagement. It raises awareness about workplace wellness and fosters teamwork, as participants work together towards a common goal.
In addition to the exhilarating competition, each year Taikoo Place partners with a local charity that shares our values. Corporate teams will collectively raise funds to support this cause.
