Breathe Well at Taikoo Place

In June 2021, air quality sensors have been installed in the public areas in all Taikoo Place office towers to measure indoor air quality (IAQ) metrics. Data recorded are published online in real time for areas including building foyers, office main lift lobbies and common areas on office floors. Building wellness are assessed based on the WELL Standard, measuring temperature, relative humidity, CO, CO2, PM2.5 and PM10 particles, total volatile organic compounds (“TVOC”) and ozone levels.

To view the live data, please visit this website or scan the QR codes located adjacent to the sensors.

As part of the SD 2030 Strategy, Swire Properties continues to pilot a high level of indoor air quality for the wellbeing of the building occupants using smart technology. The air quality sensors were first installed at One Taikoo Place in January 2021, the first commercial building in Asia to achieve WELL Core and Shell Version 1 Final Platinum Certification.
