In need of a bubble tea fix? Mother Pearl, Hong Kong’s first and only vegan bubble tea brand has just opened a new branch near Taikoo Place. In addition to their signature plant-based teas, the shop also features four seasonal drinks, including the Hong Kong-inspired Red Bean Frappe.

Thai Cool

Thai Cool is exactly what it sounds like – an authentic Thai restaurant with a cool vibe and design. The menu features Southeast Asian classics like Hainanese chicken, grilled pork neck and stir-fried crab with mango. Got room for dessert? Treat yourself to a coconut sago pudding!

Meilan’s Kitchen

This new restaurant on Pan Hoi Street is the place to go for a flavourful homecooked meal. Their homemade lard noodles are especially popular but do give other signature items a try too. The house special barbecued pork rice, for instance, features a secret recipe from the owner.

Lung Fung Café

Lung Fung Café has recently moved to a new location on King’s Road, where they continue to serve popular local dishes, such as curry beef brisket and spicy grilled chicken. To celebrate the move, they now offer a 12% discount on all self-pickup takeaway orders.

This month, Tong Chong Street Market (TCSM) introduces a new theme: Asian Food.
