Terms and Conditions:
1. To redeem the 3 hours of free parking offer (“Offer”), customers are required to present valid single same-day original machine-printed receipts and original electronic payment slips issued by the designated outlets with the amount of HK$200 or above between 7am and 11:59pm from Mondays to Sundays and Public Holidays in Taikoo Place, Cityplaza, dining outlets at Taikoo Shing and EAST Hong Kong or two valid same-day MOVIE MOVIE Cityplaza movie ticket stubs (counted by the screening date print on the move ticket stubs), together with the Octopus Card, Visa or Mastercard used for car park entry before car pick-up. Validity is subject to the time shown on the electronic payment slips and/or sales receipts.
2. This Offer is only limited to a maximum of 3 hours to each car per redemption per day on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to the parking lot availability. Complimentary parking offers cannot be accumulated. Each customer can only redeem the Offer one time per day. All car owners must redeem this Offer together and in person on the same day of transaction before car pick-up at the Information Counter at 1/F, Dorset House. Information Counter opening hours: Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays: 8am – 11:59pm.
3. Drive-in time must be between 7am – 11:59pm.
4. The Offer is applicable to the car parks at One Taikoo Place, Two Taikoo Place, Berkshire House, Cambridge House, Devon House, Dorset House, Lincoln House, PCCW Tower and Oxford House only. One Island East is not included.
5. Receipts from the following merchants are valid for this Free Parking offer: Selected shops and dining outlets in Taikoo Place, all Cityplaza merchants, Taikoo Shing and EAST Hong Kong dining outlets that are coded green in the dining guide. Excluding dining outlets and merchants at 1111 King's Road, 12 and 14 Taikoo Wan Road, which includes but not limited to Coucou Reserve, FIGS Bistro Mediterranean & Apéro Terrace Bar, nodi, Brew Job, Jade Garden, Chiuchow Garden, Phillip Wain, Audi, Air Fitness and Challenger.
6. Each receipt, or every two valid same-day MOVIE MOVIE Cityplaza movie ticket stubs can be used once only, and the amount shown on the receipt cannot be split. Each original machine-printed receipt, together with the customer's corresponding original electronic payment slip, must be a single, same-day transaction receipt that clearly indicates the transaction date, merchant name, invoice number and payment method.
7. This Offer is valid only for electronic payments by Octopus Card, EPS, debit card, credit card, UnionPay card, Alipay, Android Pay, Apple Pay, Atome, BoC Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, or WeChat Pay. Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to request customers to present the relevant card or mobile payment record for verification purpose. Other modes of payments, including cash, cash coupons, gift cards, shopping vouchers, merchant stored-value cards or membership points will not be accepted.
8. Original receipts must be presented. Duplicated and re-printed receipts will not be accepted. Swire Properties Management Limited staff reserve the right to stamp the front side of all original eligible receipts presented for redemption.
9. The following receipts are invalid for redemption purposes: expired, cancelled, refunded, forged, fraudulent or unsettled transactions, handwritten receipts, standalone credit card receipts, reprinted or photocopied receipts, damaged receipts, purchases of any cash coupons, gift certificates, complimentary tickets, gift cards; as well as receipts for medical consultant fees, membership / subscription fees, tuition fees, parking fees, online transaction orders from merchant websites or third-party payment platforms; payments for membership fee/service plan at PURE; and receipts showing purchases or spending relating to banking services, telecommunications services, car parking, stored-value cards, merchants' membership cards, any value added to stored-value cards or topping-up of Octopus cards.
10. For additional hours of parking beyond the Offer, the regular hourly rate applies.
11. Redeemed Offer cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or other services or products.
12. This Offer will be valid until 30 June 2024 (this day inclusive).
13. Taikoo Place shops may reject any refund where receipts have been stamped for redemption. Taikoo Place reserves the right to request customers to return the redeemed Offer if the required spending threshold is not met after refund.
14. Staff from shops at Taikoo Place are NOT entitled to participate in this promotion. Sales personnel are not allowed to redeem any Offer on behalf of the customers.
15. Other car park terms and conditions apply. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other parking privileges.
16. Participation in this redemption is voluntary, and Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be responsible to customers or any other party for any disputes, liabilities, loss, damage, claim or cost arising from or caused by this promotion or any of the Offer. Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred in the redemption.
17. Participation in the redemption represents the customer’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for the redemption. In case of any breach of these terms and conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of counterfeit activity, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the sole right to immediately cancel the shopper’s entitlement to the Offer without prior notice.
18. Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to end, modify, or revise these terms and conditions without prior notice.
19. In case of disputes, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
20. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
