This is not your average fitness class – H-Kore lives up to its name. Get ready for a 45 minute Lagree Fitness session on a specially designed Megaformer machine that will work some rare muscles. H-Kore classes combine high intensity training with low impact moves and constant muscle engagement – perfect for loosening up tight office shoulders. Fitness with physiotherapy
Joint Dynamics is all about the small group sessions and specialist training. They have classes focused on improving your running form, mobility, flexibility, and strength. The small studio runs private classes too, perfect for a team workout session, and if lunchtime workouts aren’t for you, they run early morning yoga classes. They also have hour-long kids' classes during holidays, so you can get a workout in while the kids are learning new skills. The club experience
If you’re looking for an expert personal trainer to whip you into shape at lunchtime in a private gym, The Refinery could be the place for you. Its members-only workout studio is exclusive, uncrowded, comfortable and equipped with all the latest and best equipment. A one-hour personal training session at The Refinery is $700 or you can get 10 one-hour sessions for $6,000. If you’re a fan of Les Mills classes, then Pure Fitness is for you. Lunchtime sessions run daily at 12:15pm and 1:10pm on Monday to Friday. Each 50-minute class includes TRX Circuit, Body Attack, Latino Jam and Abs Butts & Thighs. If you’d prefer to go free range, there’s a fully equipped gym with free weights and resistance training area, extensive cardio equipment, dedicated stretch area and personal trainers available. Also, don’t miss the yoga classes at Pure Yoga, where you can strengthen both your body and mind. One of the perks of this gym is that they provide the workout clothes, all you need to bring is your shoes! With a free trial available to all, the excuses are running out.

F45

High intensity training
If you’re looking for a high intensity training session straight out of Hollywood, F45 is for you. Most of the classes are 45 minutes long and vary between cardio and resistance focused workouts depending on the day of the week, and are suitable for beginners or long-term gym addicts. There are two lunchtime class slots – 12:15pm and 1:15pm – and you can get back into work mode in F45’s fully equipped bathroom facilities.
