PROJECT AFTER 6: Executive Chef

This recent programme featured 18 budding chefs representing a cross-section of companies in Taikoo Place including J.P. Morgan, DBS, AXA, MetLife, Wyeth and more. Following a two-month intensive culinary training course conducted by star chef Christian Yang and some of the Tong Chong Street Market restauranteurs, the "Executive Chefs" hosted their own stalls in the "NOT ANY PLACE" corner at Tong Chong Street Market, serving more than 900 dishes at the market over two days, and raised over $80,000 for Food Angel, an amount equivalent to that of serving 8,000 meal boxes to those in need.
