Tong Chong Street Market introduced a brand new food theme – Pot Festival in December 2017, where market-goers could stay toasty by indulging in various hearty one-pot cuisines (Market open dates:10 & 17 December 2017).
Tong Chong Street Market brought you the hottest hot pot in town with scrumptious dishes prepared by homegrown featured F&B vendors like The Drunken Pot, Sum Siu Bar and Grill, Mean Noodles, MOMOJEIN and Co Thanh etc. Market-goers enjoyed al fresco hot pot in the market’s dedicated zone presented by Twins Kitchen where they got various kinds of fresh local ingredients in the selected soup bases. Most of the items were sourced from famous local food concepts like Wong Chi Kee and Lam Cheong Kee. All the revenue gained from the broth were donated to the food rescue and assistance charity Food Angel. Organic fresh produce, fish balls and hand-made noodles were available for market goers to have their own pot at home too.
