Tong Chong Street Market (TCSM) marked its grand return this November, converting Tong Chong Street into a spectacular food galore once more.

Hosting unique food adventures, the market stays true to its central theme, “My Street Tastes Better than Yours”, by offering an array of gourmet delights and local homegrown produce, found exclusively at the market.

From now until February 2018, the Sunday market is collaborating with over 40 innovative food experts, passionate food vendors and local farmers to incorporate eco-living with food and promote a sustainable and healthy lifestyle in Hong Kong.

Another new addition for the market is the monthly spotlight theme, specially curated for market-goers to enjoy the scrumptious delights perfect for fall and winter. Kicked off with November’s Coffee Festival, the festival took market-goers on an aromatic tasting journey with the region’s finest coffee vendors. Followed by a hearty Pot Festival in December, various hearty one-pot cuisines were prepared by Drunken Pot, Mean Noodles and more,  which certainly tantalised your taste buds. As the weather turns chilly in January and February, Tong Chong Street Market will keep you warm with everyone’s favorite “Winter Warmers”, including hot soups and more.

Upon any purchase made at Tong Chong Street Market, market-goers can enjoy 2 hours of parking for HK$17. Please contact the information counter onsite for more details.

Making a welcome return, the Farmers’ Stall will be back from 2 January to 9 February 2018 outside One Island East, to provide local organic fresh produce such as veggies, sustainable fish and soya bean products.

Tong Chong Street Market will be cancelled if at 7am on Sundays, Typhoon 3 or above, Red or Black rainstorm warning is in effect, or Hong Kong Observatory announces that it will take effect later that day. The Market will open from 1pm – 6pm if Typhoon 3 or above, Red or Black rainstorm warning is cancelled before 7am on Sundays. Market will be closed immediately after any of the mentioned signals announced during the event. Please stay tuned on our Facebook page and Instagram Account for the latest news.
