Tong Chong Street Market (TCSM) joined hands with St. James Settlement Jockey Club Upcycling Centre (STJCUC) and SEE Network in upholding the first umbrella upcycling campaign in the community. Public were encouraged to donate their broken and unwanted long or collapsible umbrellas for a transformation into trendy umbrella bags and something creative that will surprise you in TCSM in late 2018!
