The 2017-2018 season will end with the dedicated “Healthy Eating” theme, introducing various new and alternative eatings that serve as a sustainability solution for the food industry, such as plant-based dining and food products from urban farming. Highlights of the market include WOM presents Impossible Foods x Guest Chefs Pop-up, featuring Asia's Best Female Chef 2017, Little Bao Founder May Chow on 6 and 13 January; and John Anthony’s Executive Chef Saito Chau on 20 and 27 January. Various interactive green and upcycling workshops will be held by Rooftop Republic and SEE Network, teaching market goers how to plant edible plants and herbs, zero waste practices and the likes. Exercising is also an important aspect to a healthy lifestyle, the market will be partnering with Nike to hold fitness classes on market days.
