The season ended with the dedicated “Healthy Eating” theme, introducing various new and alternative eatings that serve as a sustainability solution for the food industry, such as plant-based dining and food products from urban farming.
This February, four of Hong Kong’s top chefs will share their culinary prowess at a special Tong Chong Street Market (TCSM) Pop-Up Stall on 10 and 17 February. Participating chefs included Shane Osborn from Arcane, Vicky Lau from Tate Dining Room & Bar, Vicky Cheng from VEA and Eric Räty from Arbor.
The popular weekday Pop-Up Farmers’ Stall is here to bring you the freshest local produce including meat and fish.
